How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers arrive the same day. Bank transfers (ACH) take 1 to 2 business days to reach us first; instant bank link and debit card start right away.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee from $2.49 per transfer, shown before you pay. We convert at the real exchange rate with no markup.
Which banks in Türkiye can receive money?
Any bank with a Turkish IBAN. Money arrives in Turkish lira through the FAST network.
Why do you need my ID?
US law asks us to confirm who you are once, before your first transfer. It takes about two minutes and there is no credit check.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes. You can cancel for free within 30 minutes of paying, as long as the money has not been deposited yet. The full amount including the fee is refunded within 3 business days.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us within 180 days of the delivery date. We investigate within 90 days and either refund or resend at no cost. You can also contact the CFPB at 855-411-2372 or consumerfinance.gov.
