Who we are
Veya is a payment service. Money movement, currency conversion and payouts are performed by our regulated partner on our instructions.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and a US resident. You are responsible for keeping your login details and your device secure.
Transfers
A transfer is final once your payment has been received and the conversion has been made. The fee and the exchange rate are shown and locked before you confirm.
Limits and checks
We may ask for identity documents and pause or decline a transfer to meet our legal obligations. We will tell you when we can.
